To go to the origins of what is currently the Eufrasio Grill and Hotel, you have to go back more than 100 years, when people went to the post station that occupied the place where the two businesses are located to eat and rest their animals together. . Stews and Castilian food that Beatriz, our grandmother, prepared for everyone who worked in the square. Many years later, Esperanza and Adolfo, our parents, continued with the family business, adapting to modernity and so on to this day.
